Parenting the Early Years:

The group goes deeper than any technique, it takes a Biblical approach into the traits parents want their children to have and what traits they want their children to see modeled in them.  The study looks at what it’s like for married, single and blended families.

We live in a society that is fascinated with impurity, Have you ever noticed the impurities        all around you? Consider the constant bombardment your teenager faces everyday in their worlds..No wonder parents are fearful to tackle the issue at home. The task is large but our God is larger, and you can see victory in your family!

Returning in the Fall

(Parenting the Early Years parenting group engaged by a media presentation led by Drs. Les and Leslie Parrot. The Parrot's books have sold over one million copies and they have been featured on programs such as Focus on the Family, Oprah, CBS This Morning, CNN, the View, USA Today, and the New York Times. They are the codirectors of the Center for Relationship Development at Seattle Pacific University, where Les is a professor of psychology and Leslie is a marriage and family therapist.

Pure Parenting is facilitated in an enviornment of respect and connection. It provides opportunity for discussion, shared stories, and life changing applications. This parenting group also serves as a time to aquire some valuable, take-home resources. It is a study stemming from the national celebration of True Love Waits.

Time for voluntary sharing and group discusssion make the topics hit home.
